At Srayog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging.

Item must be returned in one package.

Returns must be shipped using the same shipping service as the original delivery whenever possible.

Only items shipped within the same country as the original delivery address are eligible for return.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective, incorrect, or damaged items are always eligible for return or replacement at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
Note: Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs and any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not offer free return shipping unless otherwise stated.

In cases of a defective or incorrect product, Srayog will cover the return shipping costs in full.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Photo or video of the product (if defective or damaged)
Once your request is approved, please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the receipt or proof of purchase, and ship the item to the return address below:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If an order is not processed within 3 business days, it will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
